When you move house or flat, are you positive that you have all the keys to the property?
Sometimes the builder, Decorator, carpenter, cleaners have been given a key. Estate agents are not on site when work is being done as they are too busy. Therefore it is possible that a duplicate may have been made that has not been returned. Insurance companies may be reticent to pay out on any burglary or loss incurred if there are no signs of forcible entry to your property.
